Recording
of impacts against operators
The
RFID is equiped with an ajustable impact sensor. When an impact
exceeeds the specifed threshold the time date and driverID are recorded.This
information are stored in the memory and downloaded later to a PC
for analysis. The ID can be programmed to react in various ways
:
Record only time, date and driver ID , Sound
the forklift horn for a specific period of time (1 - 59 seconds)
, Latch the forklift horn on continuosly after impact untill a superviser
resets it , disable the forklift . |

Alarms
can be set to sound for up to 59 seconds or continuous
until reset. Shutdowns after
impact can be delayed by up to 255 seconds to allow
the equipment to be moved out of harms way. Planed maintenance
can be scheduled from 50 hours to 999hours. In addition
the blue maintenance key is used as a lockout device
.Information recorded by a single ShockSwitch ID yellow
key managers key. This key retrieves the data and stores
it for upload to a PC running the ShockMate software
